Complimentary Pickup and Delivery

The way COVID-19 affects us is different for everyone. If you feel comfortable shopping in person, awesome! If not, Summerville Nissan has the solution! Along with the preventative steps we’ve taken to make in-person shopping safer, we have also added several convenience features and new services to allow people who want to stay at home have a memorable buying experience.

First on our list of services is our new car delivery system. This allows you to enjoy the entire car buying adventure from the comfort of your home, including paperwork like financing, test drives which we’ll get to shortly, and everything in between. Once everything is done, we’ll bring your car directly to you instead of having you come into the dealership and risk exposure.

This is offered at absolutely no extra cost to you, so sit back and enjoy endless convenience from Summerville Nissan. The second feature we’ve added is our service pick-up option! With this one, you can schedule any maintenance service we offer and set up a pick-up/drop-off. Someone from our service center will be by to pick up your car and leave you with a loaner if you need one. We’ll take care of whatever needs to be done and bring your car right back to you, washed and disinfected!

At Home Test Drive

If you’re not comfortable with settling on a decision about a new car just from seeing it through a screen, don’t fret. Summerville Nissan has something that might make the whole process much easier for you.

Our at-home test drive allows you to try out any car you find in our vast inventories of new and used cars. We’ll bring the car of your choice to you and you can take it for a spin wherever you want. The car will also be wiped down before and after your test drive, so you don’t have to worry about exposure from us or vice versa.

If you’re satisfied with your test drive, you can go ahead and keep the car while we work quickly on our end to get the rest of the buying process done and make that car yours. If you didn’t like the car after all, we’ll just take it back, no questions asked. No commitment is assumed during these at-home test drives and you can try out as many cars as you like. As long as you’re within 20 miles of our Savannah Hwy location you’re good to go. That includes Goose Creek, Mount Pleasant, Folly Island, and more!

Will you deliver the car to me?

Yes. We will pick up your car from your home or workplace and deliver it back to you after your service is complete. You can also fill out all of your necessary purchasing paperwork online. Once that paperwork is complete, we will drop your new car off at your home for you. We are also offering at-home test drives within 25 miles of our dealership.

Is there any way to purchase my vehicle without coming in?

Yes. All of the necessary paperwork to purchase your vehicle can be completed online. Once the paperwork is done, we will deliver your car right to your door. If you want to test drive the car before you buy, you’re in luck, we are offering complimentary at-home test drives as well.

If I want to come in, is it possible to limit how long I’m there?

We offer complimentary pickup and delivery for sales and service as well as at-home test drives. This means you can enjoy many of our dealership services without leaving your home. You can also schedule your service appointments online to cut down on potential wait time.

Do you know any way I can lower or suspend my payment?

We are currently offering some payment relief options for new car buyers. If you would like to learn more about our current payment options, feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience. You may be able to lower your monthly payment through a rewrite. To learn more about that process, contact your loan provider to discuss this payment relief option.

Should I still get my vehicle serviced?

Yes. If your car requires service, bring it to our service department as soon as possible to make sure everything keeps running smoothly. Our entire team has been trained in best practices for keeping customers and other staff members safe at all times. We are also offering complimentary pickup and delivery for service as well as sales.

What if I want to test drive a vehicle before buying?

We are offering complimentary at-home test drives within 25 miles of our dealership. Simply find your car online and contact us to schedule your at-home test drive. You can also stop by our dealership for a traditional test drive if you wish.

Can I get a loaner vehicle for service?

We are not offering loaner vehicles for service, however, we are offering complimentary pickup and delivery for sales and service as well as at-home test drives.

What do I do if my lease is due?

If your lease is due, return your car to our dealership whenever you can. If you are unable to make it to the dealership, we will come pick up your car from your home at no cost if you live within 25 miles of our dealership.

Yes, our showroom is still open. You can also test drive a car from your home and purchase from us entirely online if you wish.

Is my car getting fully detailed and cleaned post service?

While we do not fully detail your car after service, we will thoroughly disinfect your vehicle after our staff services it.
