Tom was top tier- very friendly and up front guy I was shopping around and he helped me with financing options for the car I wanted - ended up putting it on pause due to the cost of auto insurance but 100% will be coming back when I am ready - great team here

The service was exceptional from the time I drove up and was pleasantly greeted by staff. There's a great coffee/tea bar and plenty of water. My service advisor, Dale, was above and beyond with his kindness. He explained all the technical aspects of services needed but did not make me feel pressured to complete anything more than what I requested. My first visit was “a longer than expected” wait but I went back for more extensive services. My 2nd, 3rd and 4th visits went equally well. Well…this is really as good as it gets. Consistent. They were frequently in contact, have a great service app that allows you to see each repair item, a description of the repair and a link to pay. Checkout process is easy and I’m paying for quality work. In general, I’m hesitant to frequent dealerships but this one makes me want to come back. Thanks to the repair crew!
Dan provided smooth, friendly and professional service. Definitely looking forward to working with him in the future!
Gwendolyn was great! She was helpful and made me feel comfortable. She also helped get my car done faster. Landon was the mechanic and he got the job done quickly and was knowledgeable about potential problems in the future. Great experience.

Overall, it turned out to be a positive experience with the purchase of my vehicle. There were some areas that could bare improvement, mainly with thorough communication responses, but outside of that the experience was positive. Everyone was professional and courteous. There was one person that really stood out to me that made the difference in the trajectory of the overall experience and for that I say thank you. I really appreciate your effort and the level of customer service received.

Wanted to share the ease and painless buying of my Nissan Titan this past Saturday. Our Salesman Q and Finance genius Winston were First class and top notch. Would recommend them and this Dealership anytime.
Working with Ashley in the service department was such a wonderful experience. I'm 70 y.o. of it could happen it would happen. 1st, I purchased an extended warranty on a used vehicle Armada 1000 miles had passed. So when something went wrong, I immediately took it to a Nissan dealership. Nissan diagnosed the problem, no problem, so I thought with confidence, only to have the warranty 1000 miles and 30 days. I was on the 25th day. Now it's preexisting. Nowhere to turn but to fix it. So when I told the dealership I bought it from, he said I'll give you $2000 toward the repairs. So, I authorize Ashley to go ahead with $6500. Repair quote. Then, time to pay, the dealership I purchased it from backed out of their agreement. So... not having the money to pay it, I wrote Ashley could I get a military discount since I'm retired after 22 years in the service. Not knowing where we were on the discount, I became ill and was admitted to the hospital with a vehicle left and not one word from me to explain my disappearance. My daughter contacted her Tuesday after Labor Day and emailed Ashley to keep sending the invoice pay now at a particular amount she found was the balance on my credit cards. After 4 cards maxed out, the repair bill had been paid. Needless to say, it's not fair for me to state how much discount I received as a retired member of the US Navy. But it made the difference that this old lady could breathe the rest of the month. They repaired more than what I had mentioned. They drove my car and listened and felt for every bump and noise. When I showed up to pick it up, I got to meet Ashley. The sweetest little lady behind the desk who knew exactly who I was when I walked to the desk even without ever seeing me. She was warm in person as she was over the phone. She smiled and cared. She never made me feel bad, and we both laughed about my daughter emptying my credit cards. I can say. I'm an old Bucky Morris customer for years, but now I'm a Hutson Nissan of Summerville customer now!! Thank you to Ashley. Shout out to Ashley. .
