She also explained all of the charges on the invoice. Tom was very patient with my 1000 questions and took the time to get someone who knew the answer if he did not. Tom was also great with the communications throughout the sale process and ensured the dealer would work with me on my bottom line. I'm in love with the new truck and even more happy about the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty that even the manufacture doesn't offer.
