Gwen was very friendly and helpful. She really cared about us.
I recently had the pleasure of working with both the service department and sales. Ashley was awesome and kept me informed of every status of my vehicle that she could. She also explained all of the charges on the invoice. And more recently I had the pleasure of working with Gwen who was absolutely awesome! The service department is a big reason to keep coming back. Tom was very patient with my 1000 questions and took the time to get someone who knew the answer if he did not. Tom was also great with the communications throughout the sale process and ensured the dealer would work with me on my bottom line. I'm in love with the new truck and even more happy about the Lifetime Powertrain Warranty that even the manufacture doesn't offer. Good job on giving your customers the things they care about on their vehicle.
Got a new tow hook cover. The car needed some cosmetic surgery. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank you so much!
Buying experience was great, no pressure. Sales person, Duri, was educational and helpful in deciding what to buy. Sales Manager, Mike, was nice to work with and responsive. Finance was great. All around great buying experience.

Service was excellent!! The management there is the best! I dropped off my vehicle and they had it ready exactly when I needed it back.
I had my first service at HUDSON NISSAN for my new Nissan kicks. They were excellent. CJ and everyone else were very professional and friend's......I got the shuttle to bring me home so I did not have to miss work at all. I highly recommend. The shuttle driver was friendly and professional as well.
The service department is top notch at Hudson Nissan of Summerville. I worked with Derek (the manager) and Kevin (Senior Advisor). They both exhibited service with excellence and care. I own an Infiniti QX60 and they are by far more cost effective and service oriented than Baker Infiniti. This is the third time I’ve brought the vehicle to them and each time my experience has been great. This time, they far exceeded excellent service. My vehicle needed major repair that caused a safety issue. They advised me on all my options, were patient with my questions and respected my perspective on the situation. I cannot say enough about how incredible this team is. It’s a sign of strong and effective leadership backed by a healthy workplace culture. Very job well done!
Gwen provided excellent customer service today! Had a schedule oil change for my Jeep Wrangler and the service technician Cody found an oil leak around the rear main gasket, Gwen actually brought me back to the garage and introduced me, Cody was on point and showed me exactly where the issue was. Great experience, we will definitely be back for sure!! Thanks again to Gwen and Cody!
